*First subdivision in new construction, I also did all
the marketing for Lessard Circle in East Longmeadow
*Completed 75 hours of appraisal school to
understand the appraisal process and learn how to
better estimate the value of a property for a CMA
1998-2004: Sold my company to Coldwell Banker
*Trained and became a specialist in relocation in both
sales and listings at Coldwell Banker
*With my appraisal and marketing skills, listing
homes became my strength
*Was in the Diamond Society (top 19% nationally)
*Organized and ran the most successful Toys for Tots
campaign in the Longmeadow office history
2004-present: One of the original 7 owners that started this Keller
Williams office that has grown to about 200 agents
*This past November I coordinated our annual food drive
and working with Rock 102 I am proud to say we
collected 5 tons of food for the Open Pantry
